Adobe 初心者です。仕事で相手側から情報を記載して送り返して下さいと、PDFのフォームが送られてきました。自分の名前、住所などをそのPDFに記入して保存するまではできたのですが、それをE -Mail に添付すると、記入したフォームでなく下記が表示されます。現在私が使用しているのはAcrobat DC です。相手側からもE-Mail の添付が開けなかったと連絡がありました。送られてきたPDFフォームの名前の最後に”保護”と表示されています。保護のかかっているメールは変更もできないものと思っていたのですが、自分 のPCより情報記入済みのPDFを印刷する事もでき保存もきちんとされています。なぜE-Mailに添付して送るときちんと送れないのか教えて下さい。お願いします。
